Cooperare sub constrângere în spitalele franceze Cooperation under constraint in French hospita Section Studies and Research Papers

Abstract

The article presents the first results of a research on cooperation relationships in hospitals. It indicates an intensification of the various forms of cooperation in medical and care  (paramedical) teams. The increasing autonomy of professional bodies and medical specialties, the increased personnel mobility and the restructuring of work collectives as an effect of the imposition of new managerial styles in health care institutions, the regrouping of services in activity poles and the decrease of working hours to 35 hours per week (ARTT), etc. are all part of an explanation of the increase of working cooperation.
