Bugetele locale între teorie și practică Local Budgets - Between Theory and Practice Section Miscelanea

Abstract

The study is based on an on field research both at central and local levels. From this perspective, the study synthesizes the opinions of the main actors at central level involved in the process of projecting and adopting the local budgets. Interviews were conducted with representatives of the Public Administration Parliamentary Commissions, representatives of the Ministry of Public Administration and the Ministry of Finances as well as members of other central institutions with responsibilities related to the topic.
The main component of the research though, was the evaluation of the existing situation at local level concerning local budgets making process.
