The Romanian Sociology Review uses double-blind peer review process. Once a paper has been assessed for suitability by the editor, it is sent for review to two independent, anonymous experts, who will have to fill up a separate review standard form. The review standard form contains general as well as specific evaluations, observations, critiques and suggestions for improving the paper. The reviewers’ comments and suggestions are sent back to the author for further changes. The average time for review is three-four weeks. Along the process, the identity of the reviewers and those of the author(s) are strictly anonymized.
